This competition is strictly for self-made costumes only. We ask for a submission of progress pictures of the cosplay as it is being constructed. Progress picture submissions will be a necessary part of your entry approval and will be given to the judges to help with their decision. 

Hoshi Cosplay Championship is looking for the best of the best the Cosplay Community has to offer. Judges will be looking for excellence in craftsmanship and execution. This event is for cosplayers to compete with the costume they’ve poured your blood, sweat and tears into.

The Championship is HoshiCon’s most prestigious and rigorous cosplay competition yet! Bring your A-game cosplays to win our biggest prizes! This year our winner will be flown to Sydney’s ICC to attend SMASH! Anime Convention sponsored by Hoshi Events and SMASH!Con.

Hoshi Cosplay Championship will be held on Sunday, 30th of April.
Please submit your applications by Friday the 31st of March.
